William T. Josem

For some twenty-five years, Bill Josem has represented labor unions and employee benefit funds and handled complex and sophisticated litigation in the state and federal courts, as well as before the PLRB and the NLRB. A significant portion of Bill's practice is devoted to the representation of Taft-Hartley Funds. Bill has counseled a number of major pension plans that have encountered serious funding and related problems and has represented those plans before the U.S. Department of Labor, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, the Internal Revenue Service, and in legal proceedings. Bill has also lectured on various topics for the American Arbitration Association and the American and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Before becoming a lawyer, Bill worked as a field agent in the Philadelphia Region of the NLRB. Bill is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York Bars as well as a number of Federal Courts.
