Our lawyers regularly practice before federal and state labor relations agencies, as well as federal and state courts in matters affecting labor unions, such as duty of fair representation matters, injunction cases, labor negotiations, representation and unfair labor practice proceedings and the like.

Our employee benefits practice involves the representation of numerous Taft-Hartley employee benefit funds, ranging from small severance and training funds to billion dollar pension funds. Our lawyers counsel employee benefit funds and Boards of Trustees on a wide variety of legal issues, including plan qualification, fiduciary responsibility, prohibited transactions, plan design, etc.
