The law firm of Cleary & Josem LLP was formed in 1991 to represent labor unions and employee benefit funds exclusively, and to provide legal services to union members. Since its inception, the firm has counseled numerous labor unions on issues affecting both private and public sector employees. The firm has also represented such clients in both Federal and State Court, before various administrative agencies and in labor arbitration proceedings. In addition, the firm has served as counsel to a diverse group of employee benefit funds and has represented those clients in various matters before regulatory agencies and in court proceedings. Our legal services group represents individual union members in workers' compensation, personal injury and social security disability matters, as well as in other general legal matters.
